This morning nanood ako ng TV. I love morning shows since it makes me awake in the morning. Aside kase sa shuffle ko tv is the next thing that makes me alive. Di pa nga tapos ang Milk Scare, eto naman ang food supplements. haha. wala pong food supplement scare ha.. natawa lang ako kaninang umaga kase every part our body has a capsule to drink. Game

No i don't take Arthor since I have no Arthiritis but it is their TVCommercial that makes me laugh! remember the lolo who is walking backwards and saying "ayan ang lakas ko!" haha hilarious! cant find the connection between Arthro and walking backwards. That makes me scared of trying that product in the future.

Well kung ako ang tatanungin wala naman masama sa paginom ng mga food supplements na yan in fact very helpful ito sa ating katawan. Pero alam nyo may logic talaga ang mga Pilipno na pag anjan na ang sakit saka pa lang iinom ng mga ito. Kunwari nagkadiabetes sya, saka pa lang siya iinom ng Diabet. see?
